We own and operate three companies: Bolduc Ag, Bolduc Transportation, and Woodhull Oil Co. Service is in our blood—for 4 generations we have strived to provide exceptional services with a personal touch to our customers.
Since 1920, the Bolduc Family has partnered with farmers, business owners, and local municipalities to deliver the agricultural, fuel, and oil products needed to keep your operations running smoothly. We deliver the right products, at the right prices, right to your doorstep. Over the past century, we have grown from our humble roots in Woodhull, IL to providing our services throughout the Midwest.

John Heinsen (Grandfather of Monty Bolduc) owns and operates a gas station and petroleum distribution business known as IL Oil Company.
After serving his country in World War II, William returned home and formed Bolduc and Sons, a fertilizer company. From here, a long standing partnership with Standard Oil begins.
After serving his county in the Army, Monty Bolduc returns home to help his father and brother run the family business.
William Bolduc retires from the family business and leaves the business to his sons Monty Bolduc and Brian Bolduc.
A period of growth for Bolduc and Sons: Bolduc and Sons acquires Woodhull Oil, builds Express Lane convenience store and expands the fertilizer and transportation business.
Monty and Connie Bolduc acquire all shares of Bolduc and Sons. A period of growth for Bolduc and Sons begins. Bolduc and Sons expands the transportation business and Woodhull Oil’s business.
